We use Wave to manage out accounting and to run all of our important financial reports. The best part? They offer a free plan! They also have add-on options beyond accounting including payroll, invoicing, payments and more!

Payroll

If you are a S-Corp or have employees then I highly recommend checking out Gusto! It makes setting up payroll super easy plus they take care of all of your tax filings and other complicated stuff for you too!

Chase Ink Credit Card

Business Credit Card

I am all about earning those bonus points in my personal life and in biz! I mean you have to pay for your expenses… so you might as well get some perks! This is my go-to credit card for my business.

Quickbooks Self-Employed

Accounting and Tax Estimates

Quickbooks is another great option for keeping track of your accounting. The self-employed version is great too because they give you federal tax estimates.

Canva Pro

Canva has made design software more accessible and have created a one-stop-shop for access to templates, stock photos, graphics and more. Get even more options with their Pro membership.
